AC series 2-cylinder refrigeration compressors

(Nominal Power: 2HP, 3HP, 4HP, 5HP)

AC series compressors, including AL、AM、AR have been designed and manufactured based on high-technologies from Arctic Circle, UK，high- medium - low temperature and 2HP - 20HP, which are the new environment-oriented semi-hermetic refrigerating compressors with following features:

1. The compressors can operate stably and reliably with R22 or R134a, R404A, R507A and R407C.

2. The standard bearings and motor with excellent performance could co-work well with any Freon-free refrigerant without any part replacement just switching lubricant from mineral one to ester one.

3. Compact structure reasonable, parts highly standardized, easy in maintain,

4. Small vibration, stable operation with highly reliability.

5. Reasonable lubrication system. The AL series adopt low pressure spraying lubrication system while AM and AR series adopt oil pump lubrication system.

6. The motors are matched with protectors made by Kriwan, German. It consists of control unit-INT69 and 3 micro PTC thermal sensible resistors, which can effectively prevent the motor from overheat, cooling failure, hampered rotation, high power changing frequency, lost power phase and ensure the safety of the motor.

Usage:

Be widely used in the fields of air conditioner, hot pumps, industrial and commercial refrigeration.

AS series 2-stage refrigeration compressors (Nominal Power: 7.5HP, 10HP, 13HP, 15HP, 20HP, 25HP, 35HP, 40HP) AS series 2-stage semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor is designed based on AR, AV, AW and AZ series compressors, and adopting 2-stage compressing technology and the inter-stage cooler. Its motor nominal power is 7.5HP-40HP, and discharge pressure at I/II stage respectively are: 27/13.5、33/16.5、40/20、51/35、71/35.5、86/43、103/51.5、128/42.5、153/51 . The PTC temperature sensor is directly inserted into the discharge cavity of cylinder; the motor protector is adopted from Germany, which has delay circuit controlling the compressor to start five minutes after the sudden stop of compressor so that efficiently protect compressor from failure. AW series 6-cylinder refrigeration compressors (Nominal Power: 25HP, 30HP, 35HP, 40HP, 50HP) AW series compressors are the extension products of AC series compressors The nominal power of the series compressor is from 25 HP to 50 HP; Discharge volume with 3 specifications: 106 m3/h; 129 m3/h; 154 m3/h. This series have 6 specifications with evaporating temperature of 12.5℃ to -20℃ or –5℃ to –40℃. All can work stably with both HFC and R22. The refrigerating capacity with R22 is 10 kW to 204 kW. 1. The excessive temperature of motor caused by any fault will make the compressor stop automatically.
