The compressors can operate stably and reliably with R22 or R134a, R404A, R507A and R407C. 2. Compact structure reasonable, parts highly standardized, easy in maintain, 3. Small vibration, stable operation with highly reliability. 4. The PTC temperature sensor is directly inserted into the discharge cavity of cylinder; the motor protector is adopted from Germany, which has delay circuit controlling the compressor to start five minutes after the sudden stop of compressor so that efficiently protect compressor from failure. Usage: Be widely used in the fields of air conditioner, hot pumps, industrial and commercial refrigeration.

Its motor nominal power is 7.5HP-40HP, and discharge pressure at I/II stage respectively are: 27/13.5、33/16.5、40/20、51/35、71/35.5、86/43、103/51.5、128/42.5、153/51 . The series has the characteristics: 1. low load power, low discharge temperature 2. high efficient of cubage，etc. , which greatly improves the compressors operating in the condition of low evaporating temperature. AW series 6-cylinder refrigeration compressors (Nominal Power: 25HP, 30HP, 35HP, 40HP, 50HP) AW series compressors are the extension products of AC series compressors The nominal power of the series compressor is from 25 HP to 50 HP; Discharge volume with 3 specifications: 106 m3/h; 129 m3/h; 154 m3/h. This series have 6 specifications with evaporating temperature of 12.5℃ to -20℃ or –5℃ to –40℃. All can work stably with both HFC and R22. The refrigerating capacity with R22 is 10 kW to 204 kW. 1. Superb Design Technology the machine body and other key components processed by NC machining centers offer the powerful insurance for the precise operation and high-efficiency of compressors. 2. The Sweden steel valve plates are resistant-proof .The optimized structure of gas valves has the features of high efficiency, small resistance and long life. 3. The motors with insulation grade F, big size, high efficiency and rotation rate ensure the big refrigeration capacity, low power consumption and operational safety. 4. The big volume oil pump pressure lubricant system、advanced main shaft neck and seal structure and unique oil return system all ensure the reliability of compressor lubrication system 5. 6 cylinders and W structure and optimized balance design make the compressor small vibration, quiet. The standard design of shaft bushing and reasonable fixture design make the maintenance and dismantlement of compressors easier and convenient. 6. Perfect Safety Protection The reliable PTC thermal resistor sensors monitor the temperature of compressor winding during the compressor operation. The excessive temperature of motor caused by any fault will make the compressor stop automatically.
