Hi Alloy & Wear Resist Steel parts We produce Hi-Mn Alloy parts including MN13 series for Mine, Metallurgy & Cement industry, and wear resistant parts in engineering equipment like drill bits, teeth, shanks & side cutters etc., Grey Iron We have facility of 3 ton – 10 ton cupola and are capable of producing high strength grey iron parts. We have different kinds of auto molding production line and have capacity of 20,000 tons annually. With process of vacuum molding, we have capacity of 10,000 tons annually; with process of lost foam & lost wax process, we can produce 3,000 tons each year. Ductile Iron Duplex melting (cupola + holding furnace), advanced molding lines, precise inspection apparatus and QS9000 or ISO9002 system ensures good quality and in-time delivery. Resin sand lines are also available. 30,000 metric tons capacity per year is available for ferritic, pearlitic and austempered ductile irons. Malleable Iron With more than 30 years’ practice and knowledge, our foundries produce all kinds of Pole Line Hardware, Line fittings and other parts in ferrite or pearlite condition. Our foundries are all ISO9002 certified.
