  • Description
Characteristic
1. The machine is mainly suitable for stranding long and big section aluminum alloy, bare copper wire, ACSR, sector conductor and crosslinking compacted wire core.
2. The pre-twist compacting of intersected conductor is optional.
3. Bobbins are divided into four even partes in the cage. The equipment has higher intensity, raliable performance,smaller moment of inertia and higher rotating speed.
4. The capstan driven is adopted 36-step gear box with dual driven and capstan device. The max haul-off force can be up to 15T.
5. The capstan device is natural splitting type to avoid the core being scratched during wire splitting. The tension force is constant from full bobbin to empty bobbin. There is automatic emergency stop device when wire breaking.
6. The equipment can produce the 630mm 2 copper wire of which the compacting density can be above 90% to meet the requirement of stranding the big section area crosslinking wire.
