Feature:
Rubber track is a kind of rubber driving band compound of rubber , steel forging teeth and steel cords as crawler track for a variety of agricultural , architectural and transport machines such as Excavator , Crawler , Dumper, Carrier and Trencher . Our rubber tracks help equipment to improve work efficiency on both soft and hard ground , and allow to move in an environment-friendly way . In particular , rubber tracks provide the driver with riding comfort by effectively minimizing noise and vibration when being used as the substitute of steel chains . |
Continuous Rubber Track:
Continuous Rubber Track is a new innovation of rubber
track. The continuous high strength steel cord inside can
reduce the risk of split at the joint and help the track to
obtain longer life than usual overlapped rubber track. |
Track size ldentification:
Example: 260*96*38
260: Track width (mm)
96: Pitch length (mm)

Order Method:
In order to help you quickly and easily obtain the most compatible tracks for your machine , we need the following information inclusive with you inquiries:
1.Machine maker
2.Model number
3.Year of make
4.Track size (marked on the track)
If you cannot find the part number or track size, please provide the following:
A.Width of rubber track (unit: mm)
B.Pitch (interval between embedded Iron Core/links, mm)
C.Number of links
D.Type of ground roller employed on the machine (some examples given besides-A, B, C, D, E)
It is very important for you to buy a track compatible with your machine. If you do not use the optimal tracks, you may:
E.Quickly damage your new tracks
F.Damage your machine's undercarriage
G.Minimize your machine's maintenance period |
User Hints

1.It is essential that you maintain the correct tension on your tracks at all time. Check your vehicle operating manual for details, or ask your dealer for information. For instance: when the machine is in its lifting position , check at centering roller track's gravitational drop distance should be 10 to 15mm.
2.Limit the use of your vehicle on sharp rocky surfaces, gravel, or fields with crop stubble. Avoid fast and sharp turns, or hill traver sing turns. Do not drive with track sidewall edges against hard walls, curbs and other objects.
3.Prevent large foreign objects entangled in your undercarriage.
4.If oil or similar stuffs get on rubber tracks, please clean off immediately.
5.When storing your vehicle for a period of time, better keep it indoors away from rain and direct Sunlight.
6.Rubber tracks normally work well under the temperature bettween-25-55*(Some special rubber could even meet special purpose). |
